The high quality, fully-automated sharpener for larger squeegees with four models to sharpen 60", 76", 96" and 120" squeegees. Uniform sharpening speed, grinding pressure and material removal ensure superior quality control.

Sharpening Profile: Two straight/square-edge wheels supplied standard.
Diamond Wheel Grit: 100 and 360 grit supplied standard (60 and 600 grit available).
Material removal: Recommended rate 0.002-0.005" (0.05-0.10mm) - Grit dependent.
Blade Height Tolerance: +/- 0.006" (0.15mm) measured from end to end .
Edge Straightness: Adjustable from -0.050" to +0.050" camber.(-1.22mm to +1.22mm camber) at full length (Note: For best performance all serilor® Kut are factory set at +0.050"camber).

Optional Wheel Profiles:
  1. Square/Straight (60, 120, 230 and 360 grit.) Sharpens standard square-edge squeegees.


  2. Center-Sharp (220 or 360 grit) Includes 60° angle for beveling 3/16" (5mm) squeegees. Improves printing rough or uneven substrates.


  3. Center-Bevel (220 grit) Two angles available (70°or 90°) for beveling standard 3/8" (10mm) squeegees. Improves printing on rough or uneven substrates.


  4. Round (120 grit) Rounds edges on standard 3/8" (10mm) squeegees for heavier ink deposit.


  5. Round/Sharp Combo (120 grit) Rounds only one edge of 3/8" or 3/16" squeegees for variable ink deposit applications.


  6. Hollow-Grind (230 grit) Hollows center of standard 3/8" (10mm) squeegees to help eliminate streaks and improve definition in fine line printing and coating applications.


  7. (Not shown) Chisel (230 grit) Includes 30° angle for chisel profiling  3/8" or 3/16" squeegees. Improves printing on 3-D substrates.

• Special squeegee-clamping mechanism accomodates all holder profiles without bending or flexing the blade during sharpening.
